Healing Green! Acupressure
Simply Feel Better

What is Acupressure
Acupressure is an effective means to relieve pain, stress, tension and improve mobility, sleep quality and ultimate control of your body and quality of life.

How is it done
The method of acupressure is delivered by simple touch. Finger pressure is applied to specific points on the body relative to your symptoms. You can often feel the release of pain as it occurs.

Are there needles involved
There are no needles, no medications, no invasive measures involved in treatment.
Acupressure is a natural, non toxic, non invasive way to help yourself heal.

How many treatments will I need
The answer is dependent upon the severity, length of affliction time and your determination to find relief. We work together as a team to help you reach your goal.

Typically relief will be significant within the first 3 visits. Individualized yoga like exercises will be added for use at home. The frequency of subsequent sessions will be yours to determine, testing how well you maintain with prolonged time periods between sessions. You state your pain management goal, measure your successful progress and you determine frequency of visits.  You will learn self care with individualized Acupressure sequences to be used at home.

Acupressure Cost Effectiveness
Acupressure is a cost effective alternative to the high cost of health care today.
No insurance is required, no MD referral is necessary, no medications to purchase.
Once the original symptom is under control, you will learn skills to self maintain at home... self care, very cost effective!
There are no hidden fees, no surprises.

Is Acupressure safe
Yes! Acupressure is effective, safe and healing.
There is nothing more soothing than touch to the body and soul.
An added benefit to your peace of mind is that your practitioner is both an accomplished acupressurist and a Registered Nurse.
